Say-ya-mah (hello) my name is Kendra Eaglestar Lastiyano & I am an enrolled member of the Walatowa Tribe of Jemez Pueblo, NM. I reside in Rhode Island from Cherokee, NC and I’ve been crafting for 12+ years. I am greatly appreciative for the teachings my family has shown me when I first began to bead at the age of 11, which has helped me grow into the artist I am today. Along with learning new techniques through trial and error over the past 6 years of creating floral & dentalium work. I am truly thankful to express myself through my creations and bring them to life for others to enjoy.
